Choosing the right combination of egg whites and vegetables will make the cooking process even and complete.
Here are some tricks to help you eat a healthy and balanced diet.
If you are using fish, soaking quickly for 20-30 minutes in a low-fat sauce is very easy. Very often I use lemon, lime, olive oil, water, cloves of garlic, onion, soy sauce, a little water, some roasted spices (I didn't measure); Blend in a hand blender into a thick liquid. Save a little marinade for vegetables and sprinkles.
Choose colorful vegetables like green, red, and yellow peppers. Summer squash, zucchini, red or garlic (onion is supper), mushrooms and small tomatoes. Any additional vegetables can be served on the side dishes.
Complimentary fruits can be pineapples, whole strawberries, apple slices, which are placed directly on the grill without skewers. Don't leave the fruit on the grill for too long, you just want to get the grill marks for aesthetics. Remove from the grill and mix with blueberries and watermelon as a side dish or as a dessert.
